Sales & Licensing

Images can be licensed for publication, including advertising and editorial brochures, magazines, website, posters and reports. Licence fees depend on the intended use and are tailored to suit the required terms of use.  So that I can provide an accurate quote, please supply at least the following information:

Rights Managed - Under Rights Managed terms, you are paying a licensing fee for the rights to use an image for a specific agreed upon project or usage. The paid license fee grants the use of the image or images for the agreed upon usage or time period only. The image will not be sold or distributed whilst the Rights-Managed Agreement is in place. Pricing is negotiated based on the intended use, circulation and/or quantity of the final product to be produced and the length of time the image will be used. Anaspides Photography will not attempt to sell or distribute any image that is rights managed.

If you represent a company with a published price list or have a fixed budget for your project, we will try to work within your price range. We do however have a minimum fee per project policy.

Non-Exclusive - You will be purchasing the licensing rights to use an image or images for a specific agreed upon project or usage only. All other copyright and ownership rights are retained by Anaspides Photography.

Unless negotiated otherwise and a written commitment is made, Anaspides Photography will continue to market and license to others all images that are licensed under our standard non-exclusive use terms. Any use beyond that of the originally agreed upon project or usage, requires the prior written authorization of Anaspides Photography. Digital and/or electronic reproduction of any kind, including use on Web Sites constitutes a unique use and is subject to licensing fees in the same manner as all other printed media or other reproduction.

Royalty Free - Royalty free means that an image can be purchased outright and used for any purpose that the buyer wishes. However, the buyer will not have sole use of the image as with Rights-Managed Agreement.

Private Purchase - Images can be purchased for private use (non commercial usage) as a high resolution .jpeg file or as a A4 or A3 size mounted or un mounted print.

Non Commercial usage is defined as image use that does not earn the buyer and fee or reward. Examples are: office images, personal computer screen savers, or images used in the home for decoration.

Printing, Print Size & Price

Any image ordered for printing will be individually post processed from the RAW file to ensure the utmost in sharpness and colour accuracy. Any image purchased that does not meet with your satisfaction, can be returned for a FULL refund minus postage/freight charges.

8 x 10 inch matt - $65.00

8 x 12 inch in matt - $75.00

12 x 16 in matt - $175.00

20 x 30 in matt - $225.00

Pricing

The majority of sales are rights managed / non-exclusive. Therefore, pricing is dependent upon the final usage of the image. If you are interested in purchasing prints for private use (including office), please e-mail me for a pricing schedule.

All images, graphics, text, design elements and all other content represented on this website are copyrighted and are the sole property of Iain Williams, Anaspides Photography (unless otherwise stated).

All use and/or publication rights are reserved worldwide. All images and all other content are expressly not in the Public Domain.

No images or other content on this website may be copied, stored, manipulated, published, sold or reproduced in whole or in part in any form without the prior written authorization of an authorized representative of Anaspides Photography.

As copyrighted material, all images displayed on this site are protected by copyright, intellectual property and all other applicable laws of the United States and other countries worldwide. For more information, please contact the United States Copyright Office, Library of Congress.

Downloading Images

You may download images from this site to your own computer for your own reference, or if you are a photo editor to produce comps to show clients. However, copyright applies and you must get permission before using them in any other way.

For example, you need to make contact with me and seek permission before reproducing these images by printing, e-mail or website use, or using these images for any kind of commercial gain, making hard copies, or showing and distributing to others.

Please do not remove images from this website without permission. Any infractions in relation to copyright will be followed through to the full extent of International Copyright Law using the services of a local law firm specialising in copyright infringement.

Payment

Several methods can be used for payment; direct debit to an Australian or American bank account, PayPal (credit card), money order, bank cheque, or if previously arranged private cheque. Please use the contact form if you have questions.

Assignment Availability

I am available for photographic assignment / contracting work.

I also am available to provide instruction in photographic techniques or to lead/co-lead workshops. Please use the contact form/e-mail to contact me.
